I. INTRODUCTION
San Juan Elementary School serves as one of the educational sectors where students
study. The intended use of this narrative report is to deliver a organized and
comprehensible entire summary of the performance, activities, and behavioral of the
students at the school and the University of Rizal System in Department of Education
BTLED ICT. We introduce ourselves in front in our beloved student in Gr.5 that we’ll
handle in the given time. I observed the environment and the student’s behaviour. We
split in 2 partners, one will observe and one will assist the given student to read. I help
the head teacher to give the test papers to the students who will exam. As time goes by
many of the students are having a hard time to answer the test paper. I gave some tips
and instructions to guide them. And assist the students who will attend the feeding
program. I encountered a student who experience a nose bleeding in class. We gave her
a proper first aid to reduce the bleeding. And the other student experience a toothache.
After I observed the students the head teacher assign us to collect the papers and check
it.
I. OBJECTIVES
1. To developed the skills of the student in reading.
2. To provide a assist and guide to the students to improve their talents and
performance.
3.To help the students to familiarized the given questions and images.
4. To give them a knowledge and ideas in the next given exercises.
