 Yes I continue the career for criminology because my dream is to became a police officer. And a
big part of a criminologist's job duties includes taking and keeping statistics on crime rates,
victims and criminals and then studying those stats to solve crime problems. Criminologists
study the nature and causes of crime and the criminals who commit them. They research the
social and biological background of criminals to determine common traits and assist law
enforcement to better understand criminal behavior and prevent future crimes. Criminal justice
is most definitely a field that not only rewards specialization and persistence, but can also lead
to a fulfilling and lucrative career.
