I hereby authorized the above repair work to be done along with the necessary materials.

I also acknowledged
notice an oral approval (phone authorization) of any additional increase in the original estimate price. I also hereby
authorize any sublet work if needed and all repair work to be done along with the repair work to be done along with
the necessary material. You and your employees may operate vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection or
delivery at my risk. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs
thereto. It is understood that you will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle in case of fire, theft or
any other cause beyond your control.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

* The warranty period for a new Land Rover (O.E.M.) parts, aftermarket parts & accessories is 12 months or
12,000 miles, whichever comes first. And unless otherwise specified.

All other parts sold and installed will be covered under the following conditions:

* The warranty period for all used electrical parts (Original Equipment Manufactured – O.E.M. Parts or After
Market Parts) is 30 days or 3000 miles, whichever comes first. And unless otherwise specified.

* The warranty period for all used mechanical parts (Original Equipment Manufactured-O.E.M. Parts or After
Market Parts) is 90 days or 6000 miles, whichever comes first. And unless otherwise specified.

* The warranty period for all rebuilt and/or remanufactured parts (Original Equipment Manufactured-O.E.M.
Parts or After Market Parts) is 90 days or 6000 miles, whichever comes first. And unless otherwise specified.

The warranty period start with the date and mileage of installation by us, Euroland 4x4 Center, Inc.

WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Euroland 4x4 Center, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, part that fails due to a manufacturing defect in material
or workmanship, covered under above Warranty Period.

Euroland 4x4 Center, Inc. will cover warranty only on parts sold and installed by us. Any parts that was not
purchased through us (parts supplied by customer), parts warranty from the manufacturer and labor charges will be
the responsibility of the purchaser.

A 30% restocking fee on all returned parts.

TO OUR SERVICE CUSTOMER:

Our usual charges for labor are not based on actual mechanic’s time, but are simply our prices for particular jobs.
You will be charged no more than the estimated price approved by you. However, if we discover that different or
additional repairs are indicated, you will be contacted for your advance approval or revised estimate.

STORAGE FEE:

Vehicle left 24 hours after owner notified of completion will be charged a $230.00 per day storage fee.

ATTENTION CHECKS WRITER-WE ACCEPT CHECKS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS:

When you pay by check, you expressly authorize us, that if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason,
To electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25 (or legal limit) plus
any applicable sales tax. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy
and its terms.”
