Good day my dear students,

Congratulations for finishing the course. Indeed your diligence paid off!

This quiz will be a sharing of your learning experiences for this semester. The goal is to remind
all of us to value education and the life long process of learning. It may be regarding concepts
supplementary to your existing knowledge or any happenstance along the way that enriched
your life experiences and certainly gained real life’s lessons. Rest assured that your answers
will not be taken against anyone and will be kept with utmost confidentiality. There will be no
right or wrong answers hence your compliance to this quiz will automatically be given 15 points.
Only the spelling and grammar will be checked as part of your communication skills training.
(Which I know you are good at already.)

I encourage an honest to goodness sharing of your thoughts to the statements below. Brief
answers will be appreciated.

Scoring rules: 10 points each question


a. Each item requires answers which is equivalent to 5 points.
b. Spelling and Grammar is equivalent to 5 points. 1 point will be deducted for every
incorrect grammar and spelling.
c. Write or encode your answers. Submit hard copy of the same during your
scheduled final examination.
