CALLED TO PERSEVERE AMIDST CHALLENGES

Galatians 6:9
Let us not become weary in doing well, for at the proper time we will reap a
harvest if we do not give up.

As Christians, we are not called to put our faith and to serve our Lord.
Perseverance is something that help us to continue and to move forward.
What does perseverance means? Why does the bible talk so much about
perseverance? Does perseverance help us to win our battles?

In this morning, I just want to share to you our sermon entitled “Called to
persevere amidst challenges, “and I have here three points for us to ponder
this morning.

Perseverance means continued effort to do or achieve something despite

difficulties, failure, or opposition. In simple definition it means not giving up
and being persistence and being tenacious. Perseverance comes from the
Latin “preserventia” meaning to abide by something strictly.
