10.01.03.02 Shell plates are free from abnormal dents / buckles. NO Dent observed on 6th shell course
above first landing platform. No
sweating/leakage observed at that
area. However Thickness reading
of the subject shell plate is found
satisfactory as mentioned in sr.
no. 43.01.03.11

10.01.03.03 Shell plates are free from sweating / leaks /cold weld YES Found satisfactory

10.01.03.04 Thickness readings for all manholes and nozzle necks NO Neck Thickness of Inlet nozzle

10.01.03.09 Verticality of the tank is satisfactory. If not, measure YES Found satisfactory as per visual
settlement around perimeter of tank to check for inspection
abnormal/uneven settlement. (Readings as per Annex
B – API 653)

10.01.03.10 Shell plate’s thickness readings in bottom courses YES Shell plate thickness readings in

out-of-round, out-of-plumb, leaking pontoons, or
hang-up. On small diameter tanks, an unlevel
condition can indicate unequal loading at that level.)

10.01.05.07 Pontoon compartments are free from corrosion, liquid N/A


leakages, sweating/cold repairs and painting condition
is satisfactory.

10.01.05.08 Tightness of each bulk heads is satisfactory based on N/A


inspection of inside welding. (Desirable: Vapor tight -
bulkhead seal welded on one side on bottom, sides,
and top. Acceptable: Liquid tight - seal-welded on
bottom and sides only.)

10.01.05.09 Lockdown latches / handles on each pontoon cover N/A

especially where it occurs at tack-welded junction, &

whether supports have reinforcing pads welded to
shell.
