SERVICE DELIVERY SCHEDULE

This is a schedule of deliverables to TK UlTRAMART for a period of one month, the aim of these
deliverables is to provide a structure to guide the operations of TK ULTRAMART and to also increase the
sales of the supermarket

AREA OF FOCUS TASK


SOP FOR Random inventory spot checks to confirm software and shelf quantity of stock
PROCUREMENT AND aligns. The aim is to prevent theft or escalate if any stock cannot be accounted
INVENTORY MGT for
Prepare a procurement and inventory SOP/GUIDE
Train Staff on the procurement SOP
Bi-weekly check to confirm items procured are captured in the software

TRAINING Conducts 2 trainings on customer service and sales


Train staff on how to maximize sales and increase the basket size
Train staff on how to deliver quality customer service

SALES AND FINANCE Ensure expenses and sales are properly captured in the software
Prepare a profit and loss account at the end of the month
Assign sales target to staff and monitor weekly
Share ideas that can boost sales
Visit weekly to document their sales, expenses,

SOCIAL MEDIA Ensure Facebook and Instagram account are created and active
MARKETING
Create social media campaign on grand opening
Lead Generation via social media
Lead generation to drive foot traffic to supermarket

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Cooperation from MD
2. Staff compliance to processes
3. Access to previous record to ascertain progress at the end of one month

Number of Visits: The supermarket will be visited twice a week.

Service Charge: Fifty thousand Naira (N50, 000.00)
