Responsible for the overall CALVIN KLEIN Sales for west India business and find
out new markets opportunities to achieve annual targets
Building & maintaining relations with retailers, generating business from existing
accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth
Ensure proper visibility of brand within the store (at strategic locations), putting
appropriate furniture (backdrop/counter) to have better visibility of brand inside
store
Promoting brand with the help of various (local) marketing activities thru hoarding
& newspaper advertisements, in store promotional activities by creating right
product display, visual merchandising, visuals placements at best location
inside/outside the store
Planning and controlling the Inventory levels of stock at different stock points in
west zone
Managing incentive plans for the dealer staff to keep them motivated and ensuring
sales deliverables as per target
Working closely with retailer staff and partnering with them by providing equipped
product training and merchandising options thus achieving the best result and
performance
Managing accounts for dealer payouts, credit notes, bills submission and payment
