Trade Fair Narrative Report

Hungry Hub
(Kung gusto mo the best, dito ka na bes)

Before we begin to sell our products, first, we make our booth. It’s not easy to make a booth
especially when you don’t have plans. We are having a hard time in gathering all our materials that is
needed to build our booth, but in the end, we still manage to build up our booth.

Day one, the beginning of trade fair. It was so stressful because it was my first time selling infront
of many people, and what stress me the most is when the students comes at our booth and buy our
products. (What did stress me?) A lot of students are gathering infront of our booth and we are panicking
on how to deal with them and on how to take their orders one by one. I was so happy when our products
is already sold in just a half of a day. In day one, we cook, we sell, and we clean. After we sold our
products, me and two of my assistant leaders and our revenue go to the market to buy the ingredients to
make our products that we need to sell tomorrow, and the fours of us are still the one who make our
products. And that’s the end of our day one.

Day two, the second day of our trade fair. Unlike day one, this one is a very very very tiring day
because only the three booth is open, costumers keep on coming that we don’t have time to sit down and
have a rest. Yeps we have a schedule but some of our members aren’t attending their schedule. Me and
my assistant leaders are always on the booth to deal/manage with our costumers in that day, but some of
the members are following their schedules. So, as the time passed by our products is also sold in just a
half of a day again. Me and my two assistant leaders and our revenue are still the one who go to the
market and make our products.

Day Three, the last day of our trade fair, As we open our booth, costumers are already coming
towards our booth, they are asking as if we have a product that is already cooked. It’s fun because some
of the students are frequently buying at our booth and we call it as Suki and that means that our product is
yummy and affordable. So, as time passed by, we cook, we served/sell, and we clean. It’s the first time
that are products aren’t consumed/sold in just half of a day. Oh, I forgot to mention that Grade 11’s are
investing 400 pesos to every booth’s . They told us to add another product so that our products shoudn’t
be consumer/sold in just a half of a day, but instead of adding a product, we use the investment to add
more of it on our main products, and it works. Our products sold in exactly 4pm in the afternoon. First,
Second, and Third is just the same because we are the one’s who’s handling the booth.
In conclusion, trade fair makes you experience that starting a business is not easy, you will feel
sad, stress, happy, and excited. Trade fair is also fun because you will be able to have new friends. You
will also learn how to save money by negotiating for not just buying it on its price, it is what it is is not
allowed in starting a business. You should know how to save money to buy more products to earn more
money and avoid bankruptcy/losses. Overall, it was a good experience as a student who has plans on
starting a business soon.
