Position Title Parts Planning Manager

Job Objectives
 Assures spare parts availability to support new and previous product sales and secure brand loyalty.
 Identifies challenges and constraints in each department for the effective support of finished goods with
optimal availability of spare parts.
 Researches the current status of spare parts supply, marketing, sales and warranty support.
 Projects the spare parts demand and support necessary for the strategic plan growth objectives to be
achieved sustainability.
 Identifies spare parts sales and marketing opportunities in the Philippines to contribute to the growth
targets.
 Coordinates with Field Operations and Customer Care to resolve spare parts related inquiries from
customers.
 Analyses the warranty claims and justifies the rejection or approval of them.
 To be able to provide excellent customer service experience to both our internal & external customers by
ensuring that deliverables are achieved:
- % Parts Available>=70%
- RCT Delay Due to Spare Parts= <= 15 days
- Net Promoter Score >= 15%

Key Responsibilities
 Manages, Forecasts and Procures spare parts from local and foreign suppliers
 Complies with necessary documents to clear spare parts importation from local customs
 Reviewing and ordering of Initial Purchase list of spare parts of new FG’s from Italy
 Approves/rejects warranty claims for service orders
 Reports any discrepancy in spare parts received from purchase orders
 Enrols and Updates prices of spar eparts
 Initiate disposal used warranty parts and non-moving items in the inventory
 Management of inbound and outbound spare parts
 Provides technical support for spare part inquiries to Service Operations and Customer Care

Reporting To
 Operationally: Service Manager
 Functionally: Service Manager

Key Interfaces
 Internal: Service Operations, Customer Care, Technicians
 External: ASCs

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

 Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional license in preferably in
Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or its equivalent with significant direct hands on
experience in the operations/maintenance/constructions and/or systems completion in home appliances
 At least five (5) years of related working experience preferably from the home appliances industry
 With Spare parts inventory and development experience
  Must possess Database experience and knowledgeable of computerized automated data management
systems
 Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with diverse backgrounds
 Must exhibit good verbal and written communication skills
