Job Objectives
Assures spare parts availability to support new and previous product sales and secure brand loyalty.
Identifies challenges and constraints in each department for the effective support of finished goods with
optimal availability of spare parts.
Researches the current status of spare parts supply, marketing, sales and warranty support.
Projects the spare parts demand and support necessary for the strategic plan growth objectives to be
achieved sustainability.
Identifies spare parts sales and marketing opportunities in the Philippines to contribute to the growth
targets.
Coordinates with Field Operations and Customer Care to resolve spare parts related inquiries from
customers.
Analyses the warranty claims and justifies the rejection or approval of them.
To be able to provide excellent customer service experience to both our internal & external customers by
ensuring that deliverables are achieved:
- % Parts Available>=70%
- RCT Delay Due to Spare Parts= <= 15 days
- Net Promoter Score >= 15%
Key Responsibilities
Manages, Forecasts and Procures spare parts from local and foreign suppliers
Complies with necessary documents to clear spare parts importation from local customs
Reviewing and ordering of Initial Purchase list of spare parts of new FG’s from Italy
Approves/rejects warranty claims for service orders
Reports any discrepancy in spare parts received from purchase orders
Enrols and Updates prices of spar eparts
Initiate disposal used warranty parts and non-moving items in the inventory
Management of inbound and outbound spare parts
Provides technical support for spare part inquiries to Service Operations and Customer Care

Operationally: Service Manager
