As the Program Director, you will carry out the mission, coordinate objectives,
strategies, and goals to manage efficient well-run projects that have a high
impact on the communities that programs target. You will take overall
responsibility for all functional areas within the Program Department. These
include but are not limited to:
You will report directly to the Executive Director or Chairman of the Board. You
will also serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
If this changes at any time, and there is a possibility that you might undertake
paid work for the Organisation, we will discuss this with you and document the
arrangement in a formal employment contract, contract for services, or other
arrangements.
Maka-kaliksan Project Philippines, Inc., values its volunteers and will endeavor to

The duration of this agreement is one (1) year commencing on January 1, 2023,
until January 1, 2024. Upon the expiry date of this agreement, the agreement
between the Organization and the Volunteer will come to an end and neither
party intends for a contractual or employment relationship to be created.
By accepting this offer, you represent that you are able to accept this job and
carry out the work that it would involve.
