Supplying, handling & spreading of metal ballast of machine crushed Track Ballast conforming to latest RDSO Specification of Track Cum 16,097.00
Ballast (IRS-GE-1 JUNE 2016 upto date correctionslips) on finished formation top. This includes all types of transportation up to the site,
including all leads, lifts, crossing of tracks and any other obstructions. Spreading of ballast in required uniform thickness (150mm),
compaction of ballast layer laid on new formation at all the locations with smooth wheeled power roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to sufficient
number of passes to form consolidated ballast bed symmetrical to centre line of proposed track in correct line & level with all ascents &

descents, as directed by Engineer in-charge and as per approved cross section. The item includes payment of royalty. The quantity
payment will be made only after completion of ballast profile as per approved cross section.
Note: Item is inclusive of
(a) Providing ramp for taking roller to formation and removing the same & making good formation after completion of work.
(b) Redistribution & leveling of excess ballast while rolling to obtain uniform plane cambered surface.

Supplying. Assembling, Laying and Linking of BG track on Straight or Curve portion with supply of PSC sleepers with all necessary fittings Trm 7,070.00
onafter spacing, squaring and gauging on already spread ballast bed up to 1660 sleeper density at required profile with packing, recouping
of ballast and boxing complete.It includes painting of free issued rails, supplying & fixing of rubber pads (T-8527), liner (T-6938-39),
fishplates (T-1891, T-5916), fish bolts & nuts (T-1899), ERC clips Mark V (T-5919), Welding portions, supplying and applying grease on
fish plates & ERC with oiling of bolts and nuts as directed by Engineer in-charge. Rates include all cutting and drilling works on cess/ in-
4 situ, welding, all labour, T & P consumable item etc along with 2 round of ballast packing. as a complete finish job to bring track to good
track geometry confirming to IRPWM manual.

1. Rates are inclusive of cutting and drilling of rails.
2. Rails are considered as free issue materials.
3. Leading of rails from stack to site of construction shall be paid as seperate item.

& Curves by cutting web of rail horizontally by gas, grinding for smoothening the cut edge and drilling of parabolic shaped holes to the web
of check rails as per drawing and specification and as per directions of engineer in-charge Rates include all cutting and drilling works on
cess/ in-situ, welding, all labour, T & P consumable item etc along with 2 round of ballast packing. as a complete finish job to bring track to
good track geometry confirming to IRPWM manual.

3. The released rail scrap shall be stacked neatly with in a lead of 500m.

Loading, Leading & Unloading of Rails, Sleepers, Turnouts and Other Pway Materials on site by the means of required capacity of MT 6,800.00
Trucks/ Taylors/ Tractors as required as per site conditions inclusive of 5 KM lead.
