RESOLVED CONFLICT

NARRATIVE REPORT

In our Phoobooth, I wast the one who assigned to be a Finance Manager, where in I am the one who am the
one who collect the 15 pesos payment of the students to print their hard copy pictures.

One of the major problem I encountered is so many students are wanting to have a hard copy of their
picture, so sometimes I get confused if they give their payment or not. But as a Financial Manger, I solved
that problem. I put it on my notes, list their names and I talked to them that they need to line up, to avoid
conflict in payment.

Despite of the pressure and stress I felt that day, by making students smile, laugh, excited because of our
photobooth, it automatically restored my energy.
