To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to inform you that my daughter, Sarah Nicoline

Quezada, a Grade 11 student STEM-1 at your school.
Will be absent from class for the next few days from November 22, 2023 to
November 24, 2023 due to the sudden death of his uncle, Mr. Efren Ferriol, who
passed away last November 15, 2023. The funeral was arranged at our province
therefore we were out of city for the few days.
This loss has left us deeply saddened, and we need some time to grieve and plan
the funeral. We hope that you will understand our situation and grant my son a
leave of absence for these days. He will try his best to catch up with his missed
lessons and assignments when he returns to school.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We
appreciate your compassion and support during this difficult time.
