experience prior with my knowledge make me the outstanding candidate for your position. to begin with, I worked
as Project Manager of nutritional as medical doctor in charge officer in this field for five progressive year at Maydh
MCH and surrounding outreach villages. Genuinely, during my field work and my core responsibilities relevance
experience were commonly food security cluster, nutrition cluster and wash programs management in running at
Maydh district. Specifically routinely based activities includes admission inpatient, case examination, diagnosis,
management treatment & complication referrals from MCH to near stabilization center by following key partner
standards MoH, WFP, and EPH department. As in- charge officer, apart from employee motivation and directing
includes project management, performing periodical reports at end of project activities and continuously monitoring
to the service delivered for the different stockholders. Towards working with a long period experience in this field
nutrition like SAM and Mam nutrition programs make me to appeal me be candidate in this position, and wining

Maydh MCH in charge from October 06, 2013_ April 22, 2018

 To actively develop and participate in the improvement of the MCH program- antenatal and post natal
care, obstetric services , reproductive health, family planning, nutritional health and training within the
job.
 maintain an appropriate administrative system that ensure proper documentation of MCH staff,
medical supply, reports and other material related to MCH activities/ services.
 Be aware of the over plan for PHC and asses the activities accordingly.
 Chair regular meetings for dissemination of information and continuous upgrading of all staff of the
cluster MCH unit.
 2014 I attend all workshops along with the EPHS, implemented by MoH, Unicef, and WFP related to Mam
Sam, OTP, Immunization, Stock cards filing system, reporting system, M$E, Management and
information programming.
 regularly supervise all concern health activities carried out in relation to SCA supported MCH
facilities within the cluster (MCH clinics including OPD, EmOC, Female CHWs, and where applicable

plans and provide nutritional consultations.

 Counsel individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition

 Works with Human Resources staff to recruit and hire staff; and coordinates comprehensive orientation of
new staff
