1. When you walked you must walk straight keep your shoulder straight
2. You should sleep at least 7-8 hours’ daily
3. you must drink a glass of milk before sleeping
4. You should have a glass lemon juice in the morning to keep your stomach clean and your
skin look fresh.
5. Add few drops of lemon juice to the bathing water while going to bath.
6. Spray perfume near neck. Elbow. Wrist.
7. During day time your makeup should be light you should apply light blusher to your chicks
apply eye liner and kajal too light.

Face Bleach:

1. Powder Bleach:
It is a types of Bleach which comes in Powder Form.

Ingredients: -
1. Kaolin Powder (1 - 2 Teaspoon)
2. Ammonia (1 – 2 Drops)
3. Hydrogen Peroxide (1 Blade Spoon)
2. Cream Bleach:
It comes in cream form. It can be use according to the manufacturing direction.
Precaution: -
i. Never apply Bleach pack near the eyes and over the lips.
ii. Never apply Bleach over the pimples and acne skin.
iii. Always give an allergy test before apply bleach.

iv. If you have allergy to bleach wash the area immediately and drops ice cubes on
the affected area.
Disadvantages of Bleach: -
i. Bleach leads to pigmentation.
ii. Ammonia is bad for skin.
iii. Bleach may cause skin cancer.

v. It makes the skin rough and dry.

Skin Treatment in Natural Way

Dry Skin:
1. Dry skin {mix the egg yolk of one egg with one Teaspoon of almond oil and mix well then
apply to the face and neck leave it for 15 mins and remove with water}
2. 1 tablespoon of pure butter and half tablespoon of coco powder and mix it and apply on
face and neck and leave in 15 mins this pack has wonderful smoothing effect remove
with water.

Oily Skin:
1. Take egg white spread all over your face and leave take the dry then remove with
normal water
2. Take corn flour 2 tablespoon of powder and add with little water and mix well leave it
on your face 15-20 min and remove with water

Normal Skin:
1. Boil 2 tablespoon of wheat flour add with milk with soft paste add few drops of rose
water and spread on face in 15 min and remove with water
2. Mix few drops of almond oil and 1 teaspoon of strawberry powder mix well apply on
your face leave it on 15 min and remove with water.

Waxing
Definition:
The hair with grow on our body expect head are unwanted so they must be remove.
Nowadays they are many ways of removing hair.
Hair can be remove by the following method.
1. Epilation Method (Root hair remove)
2. Depilation Method
1. Epilation Method: -
Epilation means hair remove from the root it is done by waxing.

2. Depilation Method: -
Depilation means hair remove from the skin label. It is done by shaving by Depilation
cream. Among this process waxing is consider the best process because it doesn’t have
any effect on the skin and also may the hair root weak.

By doing Regular waxing the hair also stop growing after some days.

Types of Wax:
There are Two types of Wax.

1. Cold Wax: -
Ingredients
 Sugar Powder Two tablespoon
 Honey two tablespoon
 Glucose two tablespoon
2. Hot Wax: -
Ingredients
 Molaxess Wax 100 gm
 Water Two cup
 Lemon Juice Few drops
 Glycerin few drops
Method
 Mix all the ingredients and make a paste when the mixes become sticky you
can used on waxing .

Precaution of Waxing: -
1. Never apply wax over the irritated area.
2. Apply talcum powder before wax.

De-Tan
Definition:
In simple words, de-tan is the process of removing the pile-up of cells and skin which is
tanned due to the exposure to pollution and radiation emitted by the sun. Please note that it is
not an alternative to get fairer skin, but it is done to remove the tanned skin to counterbalance

Types of Makeup:

Hair color Procedure:

1. Analyze results patch test and check the scale.

4. Squeeze out required quantity on color cream from the color tube in a glass and plastic
bowl.
5. Take the developer and empty out the same quantity take of color.
6. Mix properly for the perfect results and apply the mixture eminently, use foil paper to
rape the hair, leave the mixture on the hair for 30 minutes
7. By taking a single strand at a time apply the color
8. After 30 minutes put on globes again wash color hair
9. Check if there are any strain of color near the hair line 'neck 'face or ear remove them
10. Avoid getting the color into your eyes

Hair Mehndi
Ingredients:
i. Mehndi / Heena Powder (1 Cup)
ii. Tea 2 Table Spoon
iii. Sika Kai Powder 2 Teaspoon
iv. Florida Powder 2 Teaspoon
v. Amla Powder 2 Teaspoon

Procedure:
Mix all the Ingredients. Soak it in the tea liquor for overnight. Apply it on your hair next
day. Keep it for 1- 1½ hours. Then wash out.
Egg, Curd or lemon juice can also be added in the mix ½ Hour before applying it for extra
shine and conditioning.
Wrap the customer with an apron properly. Divided the hair in 4 parts and pick a small
strand of hair and apply Heena Paste with brush on both side of the strand and bring the strand
in center of the head and apply similar manner the full head.

Precaution:
i. Take a very small strand apply Heena.
ii. Mixture should not be running, otherwise it will fall on client’s clothes.
iii. Always wear protective gloves.
iv. Never apply shampoo after Heena.
v. Always Keep oil massage after Heena and then Shampoo in next day.

Method: -
First of all, mix the ingredients keep of 2 hours then put the paste into a polythene cone and
the help of cone you can decorate your hand with different designs. Heena can also be applied
with the help of stick. After the Heena dry the Hand apply lemon juice after 3 hours take out the
Heena after the night. Apply mustard oil and sugar. The color with become darker. We
shouldn't wash our hand one day.
