The Happiest Moment of My Life

We all have pleasant moments in our lives that we remember for the rest of our lives. The happiest
moment in my life was when I was in class 5th. It was the time of the annual function of our school. My
friends encouraged me to participate in a speech competition. I was very nervous and thought that I will
lose. I tried my best and surprisingly got the first position. All the teachers, students, and my parents
clapped for me. It was really happiest moment in my life when I received the first prize. Everyone
appreciated me and I felt proud. The happiness in my parents’ eyes was the happiest moment of my life.

A Visit to a Lahore Museum

The Lahore Museum is located in the city of Lahore just opposite to the University of Punjab at the famous
Mall Road. Our class planned to visit the Lahore Museum a few weeks back after the final exam. We reached
at the museum 9 o’clock. The building of museum is made of red bricks and blends the old tradition of
Mughal architecture. We saw smartly kept glass cases in which ancient swords, daggers, garments of the
ancient kings, ornaments, coins, bows and arrows. There were a variety of clay and metal pots. We saw a
priceless manuscript of the Holy Quran. A section displayed the Pakistan movement through pictures. We
came back at about 4 o’clock in the evening. It was a memorable and a wonderful visit.

soft, cloud-like snow makes the whole place beautiful. It is just like magic that man may never have the
power to recreate, nor is it possible. Snow turns the dull, brown tree stumps into beautiful snowmen,

Quaid-e-Azam advised students while addressing in Islamic College, Peshawar on 12th April, 1948 he said:
“Develop a sound sense of discipline, character, initiative and a solid academic background. You must
devote yourself whole-heartedly to your studies, for that is your first obligation to yourselves, your parents
and to the State. You must learn to obey for only then you can learn to command.”
During the conference of the Punjab Muslim Students Federation on March 2, 1941 Quaid-e-Azam said:
“When you have got that light of knowledge by means of education and when you have made yourselves
strong economically and industrially, then you have got to prepared yourselves for your defence -- defence
against external aggression and to maintain internal security.”

A Dream Land
In slumber's soft embrace I lie,
Where clouds of dreams paint the sky.
A land unfolds, a vision bright,
Where shadows dance and stars take flight.

Emerald meadows, sunlight spun,

With rivers flowing, whispering run.
Trees of silver, leaves of gold,
Whispers of stories yet untold.

Creatures fantastical flit and roam,

With feathers dipped in rainbow foam.
A talking cat with eyes of blue,
And butterflies in every hue.

But as the morning light draws near,

The dreamland fades, a silent tear.
Yet in my heart, the memory stays,
Of magic whispered through the days.

So, I close my eyes and dream once more,

To find that land beyond the door.
For in this world of endless grey,
A dreamland's hope lights up the way.

Love for your nation, a powerful force, unifies its people, charts a steady course. Yet without this bond, a
nation might sleep, Its history fading, memories too deep.
