Application for surrendering the

applicant/accused Kuldeep Singh and
also for the grant of bail till the
disposal of the complaint.

Sir,
The application is submitted as under: -

1. That the above noted case is pending before this

Hon’ble Court for 2-08-2023.

2. That the complainant had filed a false complaint

against the accused/applicant. The accused/applicant has not

committed any offence at all. That accused/applicant was never

summoned in this case.

3. That the offence leveled against the accused/applicant

under section 138 N.I Act is Bailable one.

4. That the accused/applicant is surrendering himself

before this Hon’ble Court for his arrest and prays for his bail

as the offence is bailable one.

5. That the accused/applicant will not temper with the

complainant evidence when he had granted bail by this Hon’ble

Court.
6. That the accused/applicant shall appear on each and

every date of hearing in this Hon’ble Court. The

accused/applicant will never jump over the bail.

7. That no useful purpose will be served by sending him

behind the bars.

8. That the accused/applicant will not leave India without

the prior permission of the court and shall not misuse the

concession of bail in any manner.

It is,therefore, respectfully prayed that the

application may kindly be allowed and the accused/applicant may

kindly be released on bail till the final disposal of the

complaint.
