LAISSEZ-FAIRE Free to make a decision

Directors are less essential under laissez-faire leadership; instead, leaders act as
facilitators.

This leadership don't constantly supervise, get connected, and provide excessive
direction or instruction.

Laissez-faire leaders empower their members to achieve their objectives by

utilizing their innovative thinking, resources, and skillIs.

This leadership style may lead to uncertainty or a lack of direction in situations

that require order and direction.
AUTOCRATIC
Autocratic means ruler with absolute power, a person who
does not take into consideration the opinions or wishes of
other people. This article will shed more light on autocratic
rule.

The word autocracy is derived from two ancient Greek

words, “Autos” and “Kratos”. “Kratos” means strength
and power, and “Autos” means self.
AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP
Autocratic leadership is characterized by centralized control and decision-
making power held by a single individual. While it has both benefits and
weaknesses, relying too heavily on this approach can lead to perceptions
of bossiness or dictatorship. However, the strict control inherent in
autocratic leadership can be beneficial in specific situations.
The effectiveness of this style depends on factors such as the
situation, task complexity, and team member characteristics.
Understanding when and where autocratic leadership is most
suitable can enhance its effectiveness within a group dynamic.

MSEd, K. C. (2023, June 27). What is autocratic leadership? Verywell Mind. https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-autocratic-leadership-2795314

are freely exchanged within a team.

the end.

team's skills and capacities and extracting better performances from them.

likely to command military operations, manage huge
enterprises, or lead international initiatives that require
rules and regulations to finish tasks on schedule or
transport personnel and materials in an orderly manner.
