PEOPLE VERSUS THE ENVIRONMENT

Currently, we are talking a lot about global warming and

climate change. Humans, consciously or unconsciously,
influence the nature around them. It may surprise you but
young people are increasingly getting engaged in such
issues and trying to rectify the mistakes made by
previous generations.

The school has had a big influence on this. From the first
grades onwards, educational programmes are regularly
conducted. One such activity is "Earth Day" or "Clean up
the World", during which students clean up their local
area. They are also interested in animals, endangered
species and their adaptation to a changing world.

Another thing that impacts on their awareness is the

Internet, social media and everything related to it. The
world and the youth live the Internet. They often find out
about various problems earlier than adults so they can
react more quickly. In addition, there are many voluntary
groups on the web that bring others together and
efficiently operate.

To sum up, I consider that young people are often more

involved in environmental protection than adults. I also
think they should talk to their parents about such issues
and act together to ensure a normal life for future
generations. I hope you share my viewpoint.
