In relation to the letter from Fireflex System, Inc. for the plant accreditation of Icafs project
specifically for Calamba Substation project with P.O number 4100256125. We would like to
extend an invitation to three members from Meralco on May 8th and 9th 2024 to visit Fireflex
headquarters located in Boisbriand, Quebec, Canada. During this visit, they will have the opportunity to
witness the ICAF system FAT test.

To facilitate the necessary arrangements, we kindly request that you provide us with the names
of the participants who will be attending the visit.
