best choice for me. There are some reasons why I choose this option. First of all, I really like
a new house. I like a modern house with Indochinese style but it is very expensive, this is
my opportunity to get my dream. Second, the beautiful house is very useful for the owner.
It makes them relax after work. Finally, the new house helps me have peace of mind to earn
money in the future.

(because the streets are very narrow and crowded with people and vehicles)

convenient and comfortable. We can go/travel anywhere at any time and in any kind of weather.)
3. Do you think people should use public transportation more? Why? Why not? – I think people should use
public transportation more because it is cheap and safe. We can save a lot of money for travelling, protect
the environment and reduce traffic jams. It is the fact that public transport is becoming more and more
popular in big cities.

I am going to share with you st about the topic. We must say that exams play an important
part in study. However, some people argue that examinations are not necessary.

Firstly, we should not forget that examinations are time-consuming. It takes both the teachers
and the students a lot of time to prepare for the exam. (both the teachers and the students
have to spend a lot of time preparing for the exam).

Secondly, it is the fact that examinations are unfair. Some students cheat in exams. They copy
from others’ writing or have someone change the score.

Finally, it is true that examinations are costly. People spend too much money organizing the
exams and students waste a lot of money taking extra class and travelling

In my opinion
+ the 3 ideas are comprehensive, I cannot think of any other idea
+ examinations are stressful/ tiring. Because students have to learn and revise the lessons a lot.

has much improved nowadays. They can speak English very well/ fluently. This is because they learn
English when they are small and their parents are interested in their chidlren’s learning
