ENGLISH SPEAKING LESSON

• INTRODUCE YOURSELF:
Hi guys. Hello teacher. How are you? - I’m OK. Nice to meet you. I’d like to take a quick moment
to introduce myself. My name is Duong Xuan Bach. I’m nearly 16 years old. I was born in Xuan Lam ward,
Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province. I am studying inThuan Thanh High School No. 1, in class 10A9. I
am passionate about some sports, especially soccer. I enjoy it because it brings to me many benefits.
This is my introduction. Next, we will discuss about:
UNIT 1: FAMILY LIFE
Well, In my family, there are 6 people. They are my grandfather, grandmother, my parents, me
and my brother. Currently I live with my grandparents because my mom and my dad are at work all
time. Therefore, I have lived with my grandmother for a long time, I have known how to do all the
chores since I was young to help her such as: Cleaning the house, cooking, washing and drying clothes,
washing dishes, ... and many other things. Although my parents are at work all time, they still give me
love
UNIT 2: HUMANS AND ENVIRONMENT
Now, the world is affected seriously due to the increasing amount of waste on earth. Therefore,
everyone should have awareness of protecting the environment. In my opinion, I think there are some
ways to prevent the environmental pollution. Firstly, we mustn’t litter, we can make some trash cans in
public places to throw garbage. Next, we should plant more trees actively to clean the environment and
creat more oxygen. Moreover, we can walk, cycle instead of using motorbike or car. This helps reduce
the amount of emission to the environment
UNIT 3: MUSIC
Well, the kind of music I like best is balad. It help me relax after every stressful study session. My
favourite song is Dusk Till Dawn, composed by Zayn. I love it due to its amzing melody. I think I can listen
to this song all day long because it makes me feel comfortable. This song also inspires me a lot. Try
listening to it, I think you will like it too.

UNIT 4: FOR A BETTER COMMUNITY

It can be seen that many of us are not lucky, so many orphanages were built to help children
who have lost their parents. Many places are effected by natural disasters, many people lost their
family. To solve this problem, many people gather and open a group to help those people, they are
called volunteers. They donate clothes, food, books, money,... to help people in need. Finally, everyone
should promote more charity to our the community better
UNIT 5: INVENTIONS
Society is increasingly developing, followed by advanced scientific inventions created by
humans. To serve each person's personal needs, they invented many useful items such as: Smartphones,
laptops, television, cleaning robots, etc. Especially I am impressed by the Sophia robot. They invented a
robot that can adjust emotions. They make me feel admirable.
