Post Interview - Interpret the interview:

1) Include detail about the tone and climate of the setting, your initial impressions of attitudes and feelings of the FI, what attitudes
and feelings you brought to the interview, what significant changes in the FI and YOU occurred during the interview in terms of ap-
pearance, gestures, posture, tone?

2) Analyze why you think your interaction with the FI unfolded in the manner it did. What is your assessment of your and the FI’s re-
spective reaction(s)? Reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of your interview skills (your communication skills) and identify an
area you would like to improve upon. What intentional actions do you plan to take in this area?

3) List at least three follow-up questions to bring to your future supervisions with your field instructor.
