require you to demonstrate your understanding of initiating or contributing to a QI project in the
roles of an expert clinician, educator, informaticist, or executive leader. The presentation should
be a maximum of 10 slides (not including title or reference slide). Ensure slides are visually
engaging with appropriate graphics and minimal text. Use the speaker note area for your
