Procedure for
SUBJECT: Checking out of order room

Objective:

Checking Out of order rooms is to communicate to all concerned associates to ensure that the assigned
Supervisors check out of order rooms. If there are defects, the defects will be rectified in line with the
maintenance schedule.

Procedure:

1-print the Out Of Order Rooms from Opera.

2-inspect the Out Of Order rooms to assure that linen and valuables items has been removed
from room and kept safely.

3-Fixtures & furniture shall be protected at all times.

4-Ensure refreshment center is emptied.

5-Update the status of OOO room to the Engineering Department

6-First priority will be given to the Emergency or special rooms.

7-Highlight any discrepancy regarding the OOO room status. Write the mail to the EHK and
Engineering Executive.

8 -Once the work is completed, a Supervisor must check, if the defects have been properly fixed

9- Supervisor must assign the room to be cleaned and set up, according to the standard as
ready for sale, right after and out of order status is removed from opera.
