WALK FOR MENTAL HEALTH.

The aim of this campaign for mental health education is to raise awareness on mental health
issues amongst young people and encourage healthy behaviors.
OFF THE RECORD PLAN

 Send a letter of collaboration to the university’s counselling unit.


 Create a plan for D-Day.
 Create a poster/flier for publicity if need be.
 Get volunteers for the coordination of the D-Day.
 Reach out to people who might be willing to sponsor us with anything else.
 Inform the classes about the walk.

D-Day activities;

 The event will be held in the month of June along with the other students.
 Students who wishes to participate will gather at the sport center at around 10am max.
 Cardboards will be handed to students to write their thoughts and encouraging words for
students struggling with depression both academically, morally, etc.
 All participants will walk holding the cardboards, from sport center all round the campus
back to sport center.
 Pictures and videos will be taken to spread the awareness both off and online and on all
social platforms.
 All students will return to the sport center and given water.

P.S: No loud noises will be made in order not to interrupt other classes.
