Each family member has big roles in the family to build a healthy family.
Parents have the primary duty to work in order to support the basic needs of
the family. As a father, he provides for the family while his partner manages
the household chores and looks after the welfare of each family member. The
girl member of the family helps her mother while the boys support the head of
the family.

Importance of Strong Family Relationships
• A family has a big role in our children, it nurtures our mental growth,
well-being, and stability which depend on our family.
• A family makes all its members feel safe and connected.
• It provides us with the comfort of having people by our side during
difficult situations and gives hands to them to manage stress.
• A family allows us to feel safe, secure or protected, accepted and loved
despite our shortcomings.
• Family is the basic unit that teaches children about relationships.
Children brought up in a healthy family will be able to form better bonds
outside their homes.
• Strong relationships teach us how to build trust in others as family
members share both good and bad times.
• Conflicts in the family teach children a respectful way to resolve
problems in the future.
• A strong family is always supportive to all family members especially in
decision-making

• Caring feels people that they are loved. It keeps the family feeling good
about themselves which develops self-esteem. It is also a nourishing
love.
