Dear Rakshita Chaube,

We are pleased to appoint you as a Summer Intern for the period 2 May, 2023 to 30 June, 2023 with effect from 2 May, 2023 under
the following terms and conditions: -

1. You shall not disclose any of the company`s data, information, know-how, plans, operations, etc that you may come across while
rendering your services to this company to any unauthorized persons nor use it to your own profit directly or indirectly, during and/or
after expiry or termination of the present tenure.

2. The company will have the full and exclusive right to unrestricted and unlimited use of all material generated by you for all
purposes, including but not limited to publication, promotion activities and sale.

3. The company shall be at liberty to sell, assign, transfer or dispose of all or any of its rights in such material on terms, with or
without consideration, as the company may deem fit.

4. Upon expiry or termination of this contract, you shall forthwith return to the company all material, database, papers, documents,
property, equipment etc. that may be in your possession at that time. You shall undertake to surrender and hand over the database to
your reporting head at the time of expiry or termination of this contract and also undertake not to use or sell the database you gather
during the course of this employment to any other person/organization, existing or otherwise.

5. Internship will be deemed to be successfully completed only on completion of assigned task in terms of performance rather than
duration within the given timelines.

6. The Company shall not be responsible for any of your acts that are illegal or are done illegally and the company will be under no
obligation to bear or share any costs or expenses that may be imposed upon it by reason of any such acts of you as aforesaid or for any
breach of the terms of this contract by you.

7. A Candidate needs to submit his/her Final Summer Internship Report within 3 days of Internship Completion.

8. Certificates will be provided within 10 days of Internship Completion. The Medals/ trophies to the eligible intern only will be
provided within 30 days post Internship Completion as decided by the company and Internship Compensation will be provided within
50 days of Internship Completion.

9. It is clearly understood that the present arrangement is a contract for services and is not to be constructed as a contract of
employment or agency and the relationship between the parties is on a principal-to-principal basis.

10. The intern will get compensation up to Rs.25000. A minimum of Rs.15000 will be provided on successful completion of the
internship.

11. Outlook offers grade rewards on individual performance, hence the better a candidate performs, the better they are rewarded.

12. It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that any dispute arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Court of law in Delhi/New Delhi.
