o Project work Phase I review and evaluation shall be done twice during 7th
semester term days.
o 1st review shall be scheduled during 3rd /4th week of November, and the 2nd
review shall be scheduled during the 3rd /4th week of December 2022.
o The review committee shall be constituted by Project coordinator in
consultation with HOD.
o The project review committee for each of the batch shall consist of One Senior
faculty member/ project coordinator, guide and two faculty members
specialized in the Project work domain. The same committee shall evaluate
review for project phase 1.
o The Head of the Department shall monitor the review at their convenience.
o The Project work coordinator shall announce the schedule for evaluation well
in advance to the students and staff.
o The rubrics for evaluation should be bought to the notice of the students and
familiarize the content of the rubrics to all the students well in advance.
o The review and evaluation shall be through PPT presentation/demonstration.
o Students are not allowed for presentation without prior approval of the
respective guide.
