I. Project Title: Give to Receive

Theme: The Joy of Giving: A Shared Journey
II. Project Proponent

This project is headed by the Supreme Secondary Learners Government

III. Project Rationale

Give to Receive is designed to harness the spirit of giving during the holiday
season, aligning with the longstanding tradition of the "Share a Joy" program by the
ESP Department teachers. By encouraging students and teachers to contribute
essential items, we hope to foster empathy, build a stronger sense of community,
and make a positive difference in the lives of those in need, all while enriching the
educational experience for the students. The Supreme Student Learners
Government will conduct an event that will exemplify our commitment to fostering a
culture of compassion and civic responsibility among our student body and teachers
alike. The primary goal of this event is to unite both students and teachers in a
collective effort to give back to our community during the upcoming holiday season.

IV. Project Objectives

 Explore how the practice of giving is not only a selfless gesture but also a
pathway to receiving much more than what is initially given.
 Enhance Social Connection; when individuals give, they create bonds of
trust and reciprocity, leading to a sense of belonging and community.
 Raise awareness among students about the importance of giving, the
impact of their donations, and the joy it brings to others.
 To work seamlessly with the ESP Department Teachers to ensure the
success of the joint "Share a Joy" program.

V. Project Description:

This initiative seeks to promote a culture of compassion, generosity, and

community engagement among both students and teachers. Our central aim is to
strengthen the bonds between educators and students while making a positive
impact on our local community during the upcoming holiday season. Through this
project, we will organize donation drives for essential items like school supplies,
canned goods, and hygiene kits, and conduct awareness campaigns to highlight the
significance of giving.
The theme for our school-based Give to Receive project is "The Joy of Giving: A
Shared Journey," By sharing in the joy of giving, we hope to create a closer, more
empathetic school community and exemplify the theme that underscores our shared
journey toward making the world a better place.

This collaborative project is initiated by the Supreme Student Learners

Government (SSLG) in conjunction with the ESP Department Teachers.
