RATIONALE

• Celebrating Students' Day is an essential initiative to acknowledge and appreciate

the contributions of students in our educational institution. It provides a platform to
recognize their efforts, talents, and achievements. This event aims to foster a sense
of community, promote student engagement, and create a positive and supportive
learning environment.

OBJECTIVES

 Recognition
To recognize the academic and extracurricular achievements of students.
 Community Building
Foster a sense of community among students, faculty, and staff through
collaborative activities.
 Skill Enhancement
Provide opportunities for students to showcase and enhance their talents and skills.
 Networking
Facilitate networking and interaction among students from different departments and
backgrounds.
 Fun and Relaxation
Create an enjoyable and stress-free atmosphere for students to unwind and
celebrate their accomplishments.

The Students' Day celebration will span a full week and include a diverse range of

METHODOLOGY

1. Planning Committee
Establish a Students' Day planning committee comprised of the SSLG Officers and
Committee members.
2. Budgeting
Develop a budget outlining the required resources for venue, decorations, and
awards etc.
3. Promotion
Implement a comprehensive promotion plan using various channels such as social
media, posters, and announcements to ensure maximum participation.
