Team Members: Noora Al-Khalifa, Reem Al-Muftah, Moza Al-Naimi, Nayef Al-Meer, Jassim Al-Malki
Personal Goals:
Individual Commitment:
Noora: I am willing to put 100 percent effort, but not sure if my other courses will allow me to commit that
much time.
Reem: I am committed to having good communication with all the team to make sure all the assignments
are done in time.
Moza: I would like commit to finishing all the assignment before the deadline as well as finish all assigned
tasks on time.
Nayef: My commitment to this course is to ensure all tasks are completed to the best of my abilities with the
support of well sourced information and personal focus during the duration of the course.
Jassim: I am willing to put my time and effort into finishing the assignments before the deadline as well as
make sure the team is doing so.
Other Concerns
Noora: I am worried about not understanding the assignment very well and missing deadlines.
Moza: I am worried about my presentation skills and managing time for all the assignments.
Nayef: My main concern is managing time effectively as I have to put equal effort to other courses
registered.
Conflict Resolution
If we experience conflict that is not resolved after 30 minutes of respectful discussion of the points, we will present
both sides to the instructor and ask him to decide.
Missed Deadlines
It is crucial to let the team know in advance if a deadline is going to be missed, hold talks to find possible ways to
lessen the impact of a missed deadline and alter roles as necessary to account for unanticipated events.
Unacceptable Work
It's critical to raise issues with the team manager if a team member turns in work that falls short of expectations. The
manager will offer suggestions and suggest a 48-hour revision deadline. Team members are encouraged to email for
clarification, if necessary, with the understanding that asking for outside help is normal and doesn't reflect negatively
on them.
