SUB: Letter of Intent for Scholarship in PhD Program in Computer Sciences.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am hereby writing this statement of intent to obtain a scholarship to the PhD program in
Computer Sciences being offered by the Government of Turkey. I am excited to avail myself
Turkish educational scholarship and study at such reputable institutions in Turkey, which further
will help me in achieving my goals of higher education in the field of Information Technology
and computer Sciences.

I have done my Bachelor of Computer Sciences & Information Technology from Simad
University, Somalia and presently, I am perusing my Master of Information Technology from
International Islamic University, Malaysia. My passion for the subject mentioned compels me to
secure a Turkish scholarship in order to fulfill my dreams of gaining in-depth knowledge and
research-oriented education in the field of information technology, which is only possible to be
part of the PhD program at computer engineering & IT institutions in Turkey. The opportunities
and facilities for research and innovations and faculty here are par excellent and will help me in
advancing my degree program. My decision to pursue doctorate/research study in Turkey is
underscored by my desire to be part of the innovative scholars there.

I have opted for Turkey to getting higher and professional education because Turkey is a
developed country with social norms of a progressive society. Where I can polish my skills to the
extent of a civilized citizen. The prospects of Turkey in relations to computer sciences & IT,
have given me hope for prosperity and development in the subject matter and I have decided to
equip myself with the firm and advance knowledge to further serve the country.

My passion for the subject motivates me to achieve more expertise and for the same, I have
qualification basics for data sciences and I will bring with me the practical knowledge and skills
of C/C++, MATLAB and other related computer programing to the country and contribute to the
research and analysis wing on innovations at institutions here. I have also gained experience in a
working environment and collaborative skills and application of IT and communication in the
vast entities. I have more clarity on the subject and will need less attention, giving affirmative
and encouraging results.

I have dreamed of serving my people & country more professionally, while I have a firm
knowledge in the subject field that I have desired to gain in Turkey. Thanks for your
