Caregiver Support Benefits


Primary Caregiver (Gender Neutral) to get 30 weeks of full paid leave.
Additional 3 months of leave after 30 weeks can also be taken with 25%
salary payout

Secondary caregivers (Gender Neutral) are entitled to


30 calendar days of leave

Maternity Benefit of 1Lac for both Normal and C-sec up to 2 children

Infertility Coverage - INR 1.5 lac on an IPD basis

Retirement Benefits
Provident Fund

Employee and employer equally contribute to the provident fund


account owned by the employee to avail long term savings. You receive
a contribution of INR 1800 per month from Meesho towards your PF
which would be part of CTC/Total Fixed Pay , fully exempt from tax.

Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) & Flexi PF

Meeshoites have an option to declare greater than 12% of basic salary


as Voluntary PF contribution. This will be a deduction from your monthly
take-home salary. There will be no matching employer contribution
Meeshoites may also choose to contribute 12% of basic pay as Flexi PF
contribution anytime throughout the year

Lump sum entitlement upon completion of 5 years as per the
Gratuity Act

National Pension Scheme (NPS)


Meeshoites can make NPS contributions through Meesho as a
monthly deductions from their payroll, up to 10% of their basic
salary, completely tax free.

Meesops
The MeeSOP programme is completely inclusive, providing
every employee, irrespective of their seniority, to benefit from
Meesho’s rapid growth while ensuring 100 per cent of the
grant is vested by the end of 6 months. This provides both
opportunities and control to opting employees and helps
them cash in on Meesho’s frequent ESOP liquidation
programs.

This is a voluntary program where employees who


participate, can convert some portion of their Annual fixed
compensation into ESOP's (subject to statutory deductions)
and get a MeeSOP Grant increased by a multiplier
Note: Guidelines for Meesops may vary from cycle to cycle and this program is at Company's discretion

Relocation Policy
Travel Entitlement
One way trip for Employee + Spouse + Dependent Children (2) +
Dependent Parents (2) - for up to INR 12,000 per person

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for first 10 days for up to INR 5,000
(Inclusive of Taxes) per day

Brokerage expenses
Reimbursed at 1-month rental or at actuals (whichever is less)
Note: Rent Agreement is mandatory

Note: Mandatory to have digital GST Invoices for Reimbursements

Relocation Policy
Children Education expenses
School re-admission expenses will only be reimbursed at actuals (max 2
children) only once post relocation

Transportation of Goods & Personal Vehicle & Registration


Transit Insurance will be reimbursed at actuals for a maximum of 1 truckload
(640 cft in Volume) and 1 Car/Bike Four-wheeler / two-wheeler re-registration
expenses will be reimbursed at one month rental or actuals (whichever is less)

Relocation Leave
5 days Relocation Leave to all Meeshoites to enable you and your family to rest,
recuperate and settle in at the new location

Note: Mandatory to have digital GST Invoices for Reimbursements

Salary Advance
The maximum advance available is three months monthly CTC (Interest free). However, this
attracts a perquisite tax as per SBI interest rates

Maximum recovery period will be 12 months

Employee Referral
The intent of this policy is to encourage employees to help attract great talent to the
organization

You may refer your friends, former colleague or anyone in your personal network who is
interested in working at Meesho & build a great team. You should be ready to vouch for the
candidate. If you know anyone in your network who would thrive in the Meesho Culture, refer
them and earn multiple rewards.
Note: Referral policy may change from time to time depending on hiring requirements

Flexible Benefits Plan


The Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) offers the freedom to Meeshoites to avail tax benefits and it covers a wide
range of FBP components against which Meeshoites can avail tax benefits by producing the bills based
on the tax regime opted.
