It is with great pleasure that am writing to apply for the position of a graduate assistant I am
confident that l can play a key role in helping your school continue to deliver teaching excellence.
I have been teaching for the past 2 years in various school where l have served as the head of
subject chemistry in my first station.
During my line in duty l have consistently to students academic success. In 2021 while at kisii
school 90% of my biology student and grade B+ and above and furthermore 75% of the students
performed better that their predicted exam results with a positive improvement in all of them.
My key skills and experience include a personate , committed approach to teaching and drive to
help students improve.
I equally possess strong leadership skills , capable of getting the best out of students and
developing positive classroom environment.
I have a track record of going extra mile to help students achieve their learning goals.
