U1-E3-Wri: According to a recent customer survey, the new version of Choco max

chocolate bar has not gotten a positive result from respondents. The research
admitted that the majority of respondents think about the new recipe uses cheaper
ingredients, whereas it uses prenium ingredients. And they favoured the original
chocolate bar instead of the new one. Almost respondent thought the original
product was bigger and tasted better while none of the participants prefer the new,
improved recipe. Moreover, it also demonstrated that around a third of respondents
would be pleasured to pay more for a better quality product and, more than two
thirds felt that it did not deserve to buy this bar if the price increases. Over
half of those surveyed, three quaters, of the testers raised the concern about the
quality of the product because the feel it does not reflect the luxury brand image.
However, there will be a good signal that a quater likes to seeing more flavours to
the current range. As a result, we can see that our image has been damaged.
Therefore, we will carry on the improvements until the changes were positive to
launch the product.
