Description
Position: Team Leader
Summary: As a bridge to middle management, this position entails planning, executing and managing a team
and delivering the stated SLAs in addition to assisting in initiatives at a process level.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience is in a similar role or within the BPS Technology domain
Span of control: 20-30

Graduate in any stream or equivalent work experience

Skills and Qualification:

· Fluent in [choose one: German, Spanish, Italian, French] with the ability to
effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in the
respective language
· Self-motivated and proactive individual with a demonstrated ability to
take initiative and drive projects to completion without constant
supervision. Possesses a strong sense of accountability and consistently
delivers high-quality results, minimizing the need for constant managerial
oversight
· Managed a team of at least 10 in the past
· Ensure all SLAs are met
Roles and Responsibilities:

· Share feedback to pod leads and team leads

· Provide detailed root cause analysis
· Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings /
reviews
