JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Proficiency:

Analyse the business needs of a client in order to


recommend and evaluate solutions to those needs
independently. Perform Business Analysis tasks
independently and be able to guide junior BAs

Outcomes:

1. Use analytical skills and judgment to identify prioritize


structure and solve complex problems
2. Work closely with customer to understand and define
enterprise goals and objectives
3. Immensely contribute to the sprint planning and
estimation by highlighting dependencies constraints
impact from a business standpoint
4. Be the face of the team to the customer and act as a
SME for all of the business and strategic needs
5. Understand and use BA knowledge areas appropriately
as required by the business problem
6. Analyse business needs and solutions Devise strategies

Business Analyst II UST HealthProof is looking for a highly


energetic and collaborative Business Analyst to join our
Claims Operations team. The Business Analyst is
responsible for end user configuration and maintenance of
the Advalent Enterprise Payer Platform claims workflow
application, including documenting requirements for the
development of policies and procedures, training materials,
product and end user materials. The Business Analyst will
consult with the Claims Operations leadership to
implement and manage user group profiles, security setting
and workflow business rules in the Advalent claims system.
Acting as the ADVALENT subject matter expert for Claims
Operations, the Business Analyst will also provide
demonstrations of the ADVALENT application upon
request. As a Business Analyst at UST HealthProof, this is
your opportunity to: 1. Help the Claim Operations team
define business problems requiring business process
improvements and workflow enhancements in the
