4) OPT Recruiting:

OPT Recruiter will hire the candidates for our company to market the profiles.

5) US HR:

US HR is going to take care our consultants in the USA. Issuing offer letter to them.
For us also US HR is very important. Because she is the signing authority person. If any vendor
sends any documents like MSA, NCA, US HR is going to take care of this document.

Each time zone has one hour difference.

Eastern Standard Time: It is one hour ahead of CST. With reference to CST Which means if the

6:00pm

C2C: Corporation to Corporation
In this job type the consultant works at the client location for a particular period after which
he returns to our company.
The employer taxes are paid by the employer and the employee taxes are shared on a
mutually agreed percentage.
We work on cases in this job type with minimum 3 months project duration.

C2H: Contract to Hire


In this job type the consultant will initially work at the client location on C2C for a particular
period, after which if the client is interested they will offer a Full time W2 position in their
company or else they will extend the project.

During C2C the C2C taxes will hold good and if the consultant accepts the W2 position, then
W2 tax terms will hold good.

W2: Full Time / W2 / Permanent


In this job type the consultant works on the payroll of the Client. Both the employer and
employee taxes are paid by the employer. We do not work on this Job type.

If we have good relationship with client or IP or PV we can provide resources to their W2 as


well.

Types: Immigrant & Non-Immigrant

Non-Immigrant:

F1: Students entering the United States to pursuit any educational course are given this
student visa.
CPT: Curriculum Practical Training
This is a temporary work visa given to students who wish to Work during their education.
This visa issued for 3, 6, 9months or 364days

OPT: Optional Practical Training

This is a Temporary work visa given after completion of the F1 visa to the students.
This visa is issued for 12 months and can be extended for another
24 months. ( EAD---Employment Authorization Document)

H1B: This is a non-immigrant work visa issued to temporary workers.


This visa is issued for years and can be extended for another
3years. ( Initial Visa for 3 years and it can be extend to another 3 years) Total—6 Years
Dependents of H1B are given a H4 visa

H1B has three categories.

 I797 A ( If the person is in USA filing for H1B he will get I797 A copy
 I797 B ( If the person filling from India he will get I 797 B copy
 I797 C ( If the person is in USA filing for H1B for the first time he will get the I797 C)

L1: Intra company Transferee. Introduction. The L-1 visa facilitates the temporary transfer of
foreign worker in the managerial, executive or specialized knowledge category to the U.S. to
continue employment with an office of the same employer, its parent, branch, subsidiary or
affiliate.

Dependents of L1 are given L2 visa.

TN: This nonimmigrant visa is issued to citizens of Canada who wish to work in the US.
The dependents of TN are given TN-S visa.

E3: This nonimmigrant visa is issued to citizens of Australian who wish to work in the US.
The dependents of E3 are given E4 visa.

Immigrant

GC: Also popularly known as the Green Card, this is an immigrant work vis This visa is issued
initially for 5years and can be extended for another 5years.

USC: Also popularly known as the US Citizenship.

Client: A company that has a project which needs to be completed is called a Client.

Implementation Partner: A company that completes a project on behalf of

Prime / Tier 1 Vendor: A vendor who is directly in contact with the client is called a Prime /
Tier 1 Vendor.

Staffing:

Staffing is the process of hiring, positioning and overseeing employees in an organization.

OR

Staffing is supplying manpower to an Organizations such as Client: Apple, Tesla…etc.

Recruiter:
A recruiter's job includes reviewing candidate's job experiences, negotiating salaries, and
placing candidates in agreeable employment positions.

Overview of Bench Sales:

Bench Sales Process:

Read the requirement thoroughly. Check the Job type, Location and Interview Type.
Match the requirement with the available resumes. Check for a 70% match to give the resume
to the vendor.

The vendor will then talk to the consultant and if interested will get back to us to negotiate the
rate.

Once we have agreed upon the rate ask the vendor to send a rate confirmation email. Along
with this he may or may not send an RTR. If no such submission, then

Reply to the Rate Confirmation email confirming the rate and ask the vendor to keep you
informed about the submission.

Before submitting your consultant resume to the client, the vendor will ask us to sign the NCA
(Non-Compete Agreement) and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). After both parties sign and
counter sign these documents the vendor will inform us about the submission.

Thank the vendor for the submission and ask the vendor to keep you posted about the
interview schedule. Also update the submission in Excel Sheet reports.

When your consultant profile is shortlisted (His/her will get the interview schedule, After the
interview call. call the vendor for a feedback.

If the Feedback is positive, this is called a CLOSURE/Placement.

The vendor will then send you an email for consultant company details. Basing on these details
the vendor will prepare an MSA| Master Level Service Agreement)

After both the parties sign and counter sign the MSA the vendor will send us the PO(Purchase
Order) / WO/Work Order) and along with it the Reporting Details.

Once the consultant starts working at the Client place, they will start send weekly timesheets,

Basing on the same time sheets the consultants payment is calculated process is called
Account Payable.
Documents:

RTR: Right to Represent


This document is signed by the consultant or by us on the consultant authorizing the vendor to
represent our consultant at the behalf of client place for that particular project only.

NCA: Non-Compete Agreement


This agreement is between us and the vendor which states that, we will not solicit the vendor
business and the vendor will not solicit our consultants.

NDA: Non-Disclosure Agreement

This is an agreement between us and the vendor which states that our consultant will not
disclose any confidential information like rate etc., at the client place.
MSA: Master Level Service Agreement
This is one time agreement between two parties (Employer and a Vendor). It Includes Payment
Terms as well.

Payment Terms:

Net 15/ Net 30 / Net 45/ Net 60/ Net 90

We mostly accept Net 15 and Net 30.

In rare case scenario’s we do Net 45. Before going to accept this payment term with the
vendor. You need to check with HR or Respective Lead.

While giving a number to any Americans we cannot use words like double or triple. Like 888-
554-3344 cannot be given as Triple 8, Double 5, 4 Double 33, Double 4.
