In the interest of the service, the following TESDA personnel are hereby authorized
to attend the Human Resources Development service of Korea (HRDK) K-Star
Partnership Program for Skills Development at the Global Institute for Transferring

The abovementioned personnel shall attend the program on official time.

HRDK will cover the costs of economy flight tickets, accommodations, meals,
domestic transportation, and Korean instructors and interpreters for the training
program. Pre-departure expenses, visa processing fees, travel insurances,
transportation expenses from the permanent official station to the point of
embarkation, if any, and percentages of the Daily Subsistence Allowance not covered
by the HRDK shall be charged against their respective offices subject to the usual
government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Participants are required to submit the following to the TESDA Development


Institute (TDI) and WorldSkills Philippines Section:

1. Within five (5) working days after the completion of the program;
a. Copy of Certificate of Attendance and all the learning materials: and
b. Re-Entry Action Plan (REAP) on the application of knowledge/skills acquired
from the training program in the workplace.
2. Six (6) months after the completion of the program:
a. Training and Development Outcome Report; and
b. Evidence/Documentation on the conduct of the REAP.

This Order takes effect as indicated.
