You must pay immediately though our our Secure Conestoga College Payment Link. Go to your personal
email inbox, find your "IELTS registration - PAY ONLINE NOW" email. Copy your reference number from
your email then click on the secure link provided: https://www3.conestogac.on.ca/ielts/ieltspayment.jsp.

***Please allow our office 48 hours to finish your registration and verify your information after you have paid.
You will receive a few automated email confirmations.***

Please know that you are registered at the location you chose when you registered. IELTS
Conestoga: Canada-Waterloo is only our Head Office and does not represent where you are
taking the test.

In order for your application to be complete you must have completed the online
application, uploaded your ID document, and made payment in full. If any one of these steps
is missing, your application may be cancelled. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your uploaded document does not meet our standards we will notify you and you will be
required to re-submit a suitable copy.

For other methods of payment, you may send a certified cheque (no personal cheques) or
money order to:

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a final email confirmation 2 business days
before your test with all the details regarding time and specific location. Please check all of your
