As group 8 (Meena Bazaar) we were given the task of setting up a stall at the BML

everyone's approval. Our main objective was for customers to enjoy themselves
while eating wonderful food and purchasing high-quality products. Hence, we
decided to sell "Cheese Sandwich" as our food item and "Oreo Shake" as our

Project Monitoring
The management fair's project monitoring and control process was implemented
from start to finish with the intention of learning, practicing, and reviewing various
expectations of working in a group. Several steps were taken during this procedure
to check that the project was being carried out in accordance with the predetermined
plan.

Several features of this approach guarantee that abnormalities and flaws are
identified and corrected at an early stage, preventing them from developing into
major and expensive issues.
01- PROCUREMENT
This procedure made sure that we had enough of the resources we needed to
prepare the food, play the games, and sell the products so that we wouldn't lose any
clients. The raw materials and logistics were economical, of the highest quality, and
supported by additional resources.
02- MAINTAIN QUALITY
This activity's objective is to assess and determine whether the goods and food being
sold at the stall met the established requirements for quality. We made sure that the
entire cooking process, the items sold, and the games played fell within the
parameters of the project planning.
03- CONTROL SCHEDULE
This activity keeps tabs on numerous stall operations, making any necessary
adjustments and alterations according to the department that needs additional help.
The possibility of delivery and execution delays is removed by this activity.
Corrective work allocations are then created, and the intended task is efficiently
managed.

04- RISK MANAGEMENT

Our project strategies have always included risks, but we were able to accomplish
this proactively. Putting appropriate risk management strategies into practice was as
important as preparing our stall.

The monitoring of risk while identifying, following, and lowering risk contributes to
the creation of practical and effective risk management strategies. Our ability to
manage risk over the course of the project is demonstrated by the costs we incurred
and the sales we generated.

11
Risk Management & Contingency Planning
The risk assessment matrix is one of the most crucial components that we should
think about since it aids in assessing the risks that are likely to occur. It helps in
determining the likelihood and degree of danger. We were aware that our team
might encounter a variety of dangers while planning this event. It is crucial to take
remedial action as soon as warning flags appeared, as this management defined Fair
Success. Here are some of the risks that our team might face further management
meant Fair:

• Delays in opening and setting up the stall

• Electricity problems
• Risk of poor-quality refreshments
• Loss or theft of tools and equipment
• Risk of rain and strong winds
• Loss of consumers due to competition
• Poor resource management

Business Model
Direct selling + Retailer model
Manufacturing Model: - Since we are making the final product from raw materials to final
products like sandwiches and Oreo shakes because economically the cost of producing 1
unit of sandwich or Oreo shake is more economically viable for us compared to buying and
reselling and another reason is quality. When making the products ourselves we ensure the
best quality of each unit which in turn generates more demand and better customer
retention.

Retailer Model: -In the case of Accessories, we have chosen the retailer model as it is more
economically viable for us to buy and resell accessories as the material costs for accessories
are high and the quality suffers in manual production.

Business Plan
Any business’s first objective is to achieve break-even, after achieving break even business
looks forward to its second objective which is to maximize profits. So, following this
analogy, we will first focus on achieving our break-even which is as follows-

• Sandwich
Break-even point at 34 sandwiches

19
• Oreo Shake
Break-even point at 21 shakes

• Accessories and Posters

Break-even point at 29 Accessories

20
• Games
Since the cost for games is negligible (Rs. 50), the break-even point can be achieved at no
cost. The total revenue earned for games is the total profit from games.

• Overall

After achieving our break-even, our next focus will be on profit maximization by utilizing
marketing and negotiation skills.

USP
1. We are providing an experience of Mini – Sarojini in BMU starting from just
₹10.
2. Good quality product at affordable rates.

21
Strategies

• We used price skimming, in which we first set the price of our Accessories at
the maximum level possible based on comparable alternatives, but as sales
continued to flow in and other competitors' performances improved, we
gradually dropped the price to align with future demand and supply.
