An astonishing gaze of cheerfulness will burst into the mind of individuals whenever
they can unlock the discovery of a new tasty snack. Everyone in this world undergoes
through the storm of tiredness, in which this kind of concept pushed the team of this
business to pop up an interesting idea that can capture the hearts of the society. This
business plan presents a proposal that can create a rainbow in someone’s gray-scale world
in this Christmas: the "Sweet-Xmas Escake!" It came up from an aesthetic perspective in
unlocking the new set of flavors of Cake. It goes through a deeper dive of analyzing the
interest of the market in which this proposal consisted of a pleasing and special touch of
cake that differs from the other markets. Making everyone’s lives brighter in upcoming
Chrismas season is the purpose of Sweet-Xmas Escake! In the heart of the holiday season,
Sweet Xmas Escake emerges as a delectable masterpiece, captivating taste buds with its
harmonious blend of flavors and textures. This delightful creation is poised to become the
centerpiece of festive gatherings, bringing joy and delight to all who indulge in its
irresistible charm. Here are the product names of the cakes,the first one is "Christmas
Light’in" that is perfect for this upcoming holiday season. It is made with a moist and fluffy
cake base, layered with a creamy cheesecake filling, and topped with a rich chocolate
ganache. The cake is then decorated with festive sprinkles and edible Christmas
decorations. The next one is the "Choc'o Chippin" in which it is also delicious and decadent
chocolate chip cake with a creamy cheesecake filling and a rich chocolate ganache topping
with chocolate fluffy cake base. And for the last menu we there is "Cookies Crack'lin " that
masterfully blends the comfort of cookies with the richness of cheesecake and caramel.
This irresistible treat features a chewy cookie base, a layer of creamy cheesecake filling,
and a topping of gooey caramel frosting adorned with crispy bits of cookies. Each bite
delivers a symphony of textures and flavors that will tantalize your taste buds and leave
you craving more. Every member of this team worked hard to accomplish each part of this
business plan. Popping a bright mood sets the cheerfulness of the Cake that can imprint on
the minds of the customers. It was enchanting to meet the stall of "Sweet-Xmas Escake!"
where every touch of flavors is sparkling with the delightful taste of each variety.

- Today's generation is quite fond of the innovative, delectable beverages that this
company sells with its fancy and different set of flavors. The Xmas-Sweet Escake!
wants to provide customers with a high-quality product and great service in the
neighborhood where it will be established. Despite having innovative items and
successful sales, Sweet-Xmas Escake goal is to spread happiness through excellent
customer service and enjoyable products and it's not just the appearance that will
captivate you. Sweet-Xmas Escake is crafted with the finest ingredients, ensuring that
every bite is an explosion of flavor that will tantalize your senses and leave you
craving more..

- Sweet-Xmas Escake’s mission is to give a satisfactory snack to everyone by using
high-quality and safe products as its ingredients that will give joy and excitement to
each and every bite of its product.

- Sweet-Xmas Escake envisions to provide the most affordable and enjoyable snack
that will cheer people up with just one bit.

- All of the members of the team will conduct a financial contributions in terms of
purchasing the needed materials in order to build the business. Each one of the
individuals in this business was already aligned in their specific task such as taking
orders from the customers, preparing a food, cooking, maintaining the sanitation,
making a transaction between the payments of the customers, and serving the
ordered food for each consumer in this business.

Machinery
- The induction cooker will serve as the primary equipment in terms of cooking the
main product (Cake).

Materials
- We will be using Disposable Pudding Cup and Mini Clear Plastic Spoons Disposable
Flatware for the packaging.

Methods
- Sweet-Xmas Escake! Plans to use cheerfulness in this coming Christmas Holidays to
attract attention. And by using the best quality ingredients and equipment to satisfy
the customers.
V. MARKET ANALYSIS

● Presenting the concept of "Sweet-Xmas Escake" encompasses the interest of the


customers with its cute concept of a new set of flavors of cake. Within the premise
of the school, where the mission of this business will be competing with other
sections with selling and promoting the products of its own. Upon analyzing, these
are the factors that will affect the sales of this business:

Positive Factors:
- Sales upon opening is guaranteed because this activity will be considered an
event within the school premise where students are likely to buy.
-Harsh competitiveness against other groups is lacking due to everyone being
amateur entrepreneurs.
- The members have built connections and are comfortable with the school
atmosphere allowing everyone to perform in their utmost abilities.

Negative Factors:
- Due to many groups present, the count of customers buying might be lesser than
expected.
-The lack of experience with an actual day of a customer service person might
affect the efficiency of work.

● COMPETITORS

-We don't have any competitors on campus because there isn't anything similar to
our product in our cafeteria.
● COMPETITION INFLUENCE

-We can attract customers by selling our product at a high-quality but affordable
price, especially to students and teachers. We are going to sell at least 20 pieces
per day as we start our business.

● The name "Sweet-Xmas Escake" derives from the characteristic of being optimistic,
in which it added colors to the gray-scale world by spreading the bright taste of this
Cake And also it is a delightful dessert that perfectly captures the essence of the
holiday season. It relies on the uniqueness of the combination of flavors that is new
in the market. The fantastic flavors of this product will cheer and pop up the
customers with a blast of sweetness and flufines and the delectable scent and
texture of “Sweet-Xmas Escake” signature cake.

4. Promotion

● Cheerful Pop! will be using Nayeon's “Pop” as an inspiration to promote its product.
The team will do it by using her song respectively, as a background music in the stall
on the day of opening of this business. And by doing the hand movement in her
choreography while saying "Pop, pop" as a way of saying thank you. This will give
more chances to attract and make the customers smile. It also intend to sell drinks
that can satisfy customers in order to draw and hold the interest of the target
audience. The emphasis of conducting a promotion is by handing out leaflets that
introduce the product to potential customers and by using eye-catching images that
are high quality, crystal clear, and colorful. These images will create a mood and be
visually appealing.

6. Packaging

● The business team managed to create a unique and eye-catching package that able
to present and persuade the customers to purchase the product. The group simply
put a sticker of the business’ logo on the paper bowl that serves as the packaging of
the “Sweet-Xmas Escake”. The logo for Sweet Xmas Escake is a simple yet effective
design that perfectly captures the essence of the brand. The logo features a slice of
cake with a snowman in the middle, both of which are iconic symbols of the
Christmas season. The snowman is also a symbol of joy and happiness, which are
two emotions that Sweet Xmas Escake hopes to evoke in its customers.

● The use of the colors red and green in the logo is also significant. Red is a color that is
often associated with the holidays, while green is a color that is often associated with
nature and freshness. This combination of colors creates a sense of warmth and cheer,

The gratitude of this group was imprinted inside the hearts for those people behind
helping the team that aligned to the Remedial Students of Our Lady of Lourdes College, in
establishing this business. Everyone in this team was highly appreciated the support that
came from their own parents, as they are the ones who will provide each one of the
members with the allowance for purchasing the ingredients and acquiring the tools and
equipment that are needed for the completion of this business. And also, the team from
Remedial Students of Our Lady of Lourdes College, send a deepest gratitude to the teacher
