 Issuer and Receiver shall conduct Joint Site Inspection prior to any work activities. Permit Issuer

 Install appropriate barricades and warning sign; shall be posted around the work site to
minimize the number of personnel in the work area while performing the activity.
 All tools or equipment’s shall be properly inspected, correct and in good condition
with present month colour code.
 Maintain housekeeping practices by removing unwanted trash as well as good
arrangement of tools and equipment’s
 Vehicle shall be parked at the designated parking area only.
 It shall not be parked nearby any construction equipment and/or existing facilities.
 An emergency vehicle shall be available at location full time.
 Ensure that walkways and all access points shall be clear & identified in the work area.
 Existing facility nearby shall be protected and distance shall be maintained
 Trained and certified flagman shall be provided if required.
 Noise signage shall be posted in the area to remind people using ear protection
equipments.
 Ensure health condition of operator, flagman and involved employees.
 Proper shelter including umbrella shall be provided.
 First aid kit shall be available at site at least in the car.
 Assign trained spotter to assist and monitor the personnel Engineer/
