This research paper delves into the dynamic intersection of engineering and
marketing, presenting a comprehensive analysis of market planning strategies tailored
for engineering works. Focused on optimizing the presence of engineering solutions
in the market landscape, the study incorporates a thorough examination of market
trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.

REVIEW OF LITERATURE
Marketing strategy is a construct that lies at the conceptual heart of the field of
strategic Marketing and is central to the practice of marketing. It is also the area
within which many of the most pressing current challenges identified by marketers
and CMOs arise. We develop a new conceptualization of the domain and sub-
domains of marketing strategy and use this lens to assess the current state of
marketing strategy research by examining the papers in the six most influential
marketing journals publishing such papers over the period 1999 through 2017. We
uncover important challenges to marketing strategy research—not least the
increasingly limited number and focus of studies, and declining use of both theory
and primary research designs. However, we also uncover numerous opportunities for
developing important and highly relevant new marketing strategy knowledge—the
number and importance of unanswered marketing Strategy questions and
opportunities to impact practice has arguably never been greater. To guide such
research, we develop a new research agenda that provides opportunities for
researchers to develop new theory, establish clear relevance, and contribute to
improving practice.

This research is conducted to see how the consumers’ brand perception and
purchasing decisions are influenced by different online marketing tools used across
the industries such as Word of Mouth (WOM), online Chat assistance and Email
advertising. Its purpose was so study the relationship between the different online
marketing tools and techniques, WOM, Online chat and Email and their effects on the
brand perception and consumer purchasing decision. There are a lot of other
influencing factors included in a decision making of a consumer for purchasing and
developing a perception about a particular brand but the most important factors that
play a defining role in changing the consumer brand perception and purchasing
decision is WOM and the dependency exists on these three variables. Our results
show that the residents of Karachi who are active on internet prefer WOM over the
other two variables which are online chat and email advertising. Different companies
avail the online marketing strategy of WOM service in order to attract the potential
customers and influence their purchasing decision and brand perception. There are no
generalized factors that affect the consumer decision of purchasing and developing a
brand perception in Karachi. WOM is being done by the consumers and it’s one of
the cheapest medium of online marketing which is being availed by many companies
and proved to be effective.

Experience in Industrial Fabrication in various Industries like Construction,
Heavy pipe line welding, Air Coolers etc.

Mr.Chetan S. Kapadnis is very energetic and visionary person whose creative
ideas & work ethics made him a professional leader and good human Bing as
well. He is having 8 years of corporate experience in Automobile/ Aviation and
manufacturing Industry .He stated his career journey as a design Engineer in
Kinetic group of Company ,Pune. He was worked on various projects of
Dassault Aviation. He is having not only grow the organization but also
increase the revenue of the company.
Defence:
The defence industry requires a wide range of springs from torsion to
compression. There are plenty of processes involved in this industry and each
deploys a variety of equipment and machines which contain springs of various
forms.
Agriculture:
To absorb the shock or vibration as in-car springs, railway buffers, etc. To
measure the forces in a spring balance. Apply forces in brakes and clutches to
stop the vehicles. Spring is also used to store the energy as in clocks, toys, etc.
Textiles:
The spiral spring is made from flat strip or wire coiled up in the manner of the
groove on a phonograph record. The spring action results from the
compression and expansion of the air. When used on road vehicles, air springs
can keep the vehicle at a constant standing height regardless of load.
Consumer Products: A compression spring is a coiled spring used as a
component in the manufacturing of mechanical devices and consumer goods
