Welcome to the Academic year 2024-25.
Dear Parents,

Students School timings:

Arrival time: 8.30 am
Dispersal time: 3.00 pm
DISPERSAL TIME FOR WALKING STUDENTS: - 3.10PM
The timetable is designed to focus and impart quality education to all our students.
We are looking forward for your support and happy learning environment. Kindly
follow the following guidelines for the classes

ON OPENING DAY:
 All students should carry One Rough Notebook, lunch box (2 tiffins-Short break &
Long Break) and Water bottle.
 Temporary ID to be worn from Day 1. Bus students should mention their
respective Bus Nos. on their ID Card.
 Students opting for Bus service should inform the same at the Fee Counter by
filling the Bus Form (MANDATORY)

General Guidelines
 Students should report in School with complete school uniform and school
shoes.
 Students should wear P.T uniform on MPT and P.T period.
 Students must wear temporary ID card reflecting –Name, Class/Div., Home
address, contact numbers of both the parents/guardians, latest photograph
with parents’ signature.
 Books should be carried according to the time table.
 Students should carry healthy Tiffin and homemade food [2 Tiffin- Short and
long break
 Kindly check Ryan Portal on regular basis for all the updates from the school.
 Kindly check Practically app on day to day basis for attendance and
assignment.
 Incase if the child is absent for any reason, it has to be intimated to the class
teacher through mail.
  Incase if the child is absent for any reason, it has to be intimated to the class
teacher in School Calendar Page no 125.
 Late remarks should be mandatorily signed by the Parents in school Calender
page no129.
 Leave Note policy
 If the child is absent for a day or two days or 3 days continuously then send the leave note
on page no 125 of school calendar with parent signature when the child reports back to
the school
 if the child is absent for any reason for more than 3 days, it must be intimated to the class
teacher through mail

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
Rules to be followed in the Academic year 2024-25:
 Bringing mobile phones to school by students is strictly prohibited. If any
student is found with the mobile phone in school premises, the school has the
right to confiscate the same.

1. One notebook should be made for each subject separately (Homework & Class work to be completed in
RYAN notebook)
2. Numbering to be done on each page.
3. Index page to be maintained with date and lesson name and page no.
4. Margin line should be 1/2 cm on the right side.
5. Name of the lesson should be written in the middle of the top line.
6. Date to be written in the beginning of the lesson.
7. Write in neat and legible cursive handwriting.

for Class work at top of Right Margin)
**** Worksheets uploaded on PRACTICALLY, should be done in separate note book.
