Identify the leadership style of your present immediate head.

Discuss why you say so.

The principal or school head that I have nowadays in our school is

a situational leader. He adopts leaderships style that is based on
the specific situation and the readiness of the members. For
example, in a certain situation, the district supervisor call-up a
meeting and want to participate a certain program. He also call-up
a school meeting right after in order to relay the message to the
other teacher in school, he started to ask questions about what to
do in order to participate the said program, he also consider how
readiness is the teacher that he has to consider like availability of
materials used, availability of funds, then other committee like
food committee, sound system, programs, and many other ways to
prepare to ensure the readiness of the team members to make the
program successful. He also recognizes the different situations of
the program like for example in participating a contest we cannot
deny the fact that part of the game is to lose, even if the teacher
and the pupil did not win the game he always make an
appreciation in doing the good job, because he knows that the
child and the teacher doing their best to the best of our capability.
He considers the time of practice, endurance of the child, and as
well as the transportation that make the teacher a sacrifice, time
of teaching and developing the child and more that make the
contest a successful one.
