Good Day!
As part of our school annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our organization’s
emergency preparedness and response in case of fire. We want to raise the awareness of fire
hazards in our workplace and how to act safety in the event of an emergency fire situation,
including selecting and using a fire extinguisher to train our faculty staff and students.
We would like to request to your good office to conduct a FIRE SAFETY SEMINAR as well as actual
fire drill in our premises with students, faculty staff, and school personnel if possible on March 15,
2024, Friday at 9:00 o’clock in the morning. This will be held at Holy Family Academy of
Zambales, Inc.
