    REQUEST FOR FIRE AND SAFETY DRILL

    Sir,

    Greetings in the name of public service!


    As part of our school’s annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our
    organization’s emergency and preparedness and response in case of fire and
    earthquake, we want to make our personnel and student be aware of the fire
    hazards inside the school premises and orient them on how to act safely in the event
    of an emergency situation.
    In line with this, we wish to request your good office to conduct an orientation
    as well as a drill on the said emergency situation on April 5, 2023 Wednesday at
    exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
